There Have Been Many Books Written on the Topic of Child Abuse

Ritual abuse books have been written by professionals in the field of trauma treatment. These books have helped educate clinicians, the police and the general public.

There have been many books written about the topic of ritual abuse crimes and treatment. This article will focus on five of these.

Ritual Abuse in the Twenty-First Century

This recent book contains articles from two dozen international authors writing about the psychological, forensic, social and political consequences and the ramifications of ritual abuse in modern times.

Cult and Ritual Abuse

This book published in two editions discusses the idea that ritual abuse is an age-old phenomenon and it is found in many cultures throughout the world. It explores the many specific psychiatric symptoms caused by ritual abuse, including dissociative identity disorder. The book was co-authored by James Randall Noblitt, a clinical psychologist and a professor and Director of the Psychology program at Alliant International University.

Treating Survivors of Satanist Abuse

Authors in this book discuss the clinical issues around the treatment of survivors of ritual Satanist abuse. Authors from the United States and the United Kingdom look at the historical foundations of ritual abuse and clinical accounts from children and adults. The editor, Valerie Sinason is the director of the Clinic for Dissociative Studies, London.

Breaking the Circle of Satanic Ritual Abuse

Daniel Ryder wrote this book about satanic cult ritual abuse. The book describes what satanic cult ritual abuse is, how survivors can recover from it and work being done to fight this problem. Daniel Ryder was a Certified Chemical Dependency Counselor and Licensed Social Worker who had worked with ritual abuse victims for many years.

Forensic Aspects of Dissociative Identity Disorder

This recent book looks at the role of crime in the lives of people that suffer from Dissociative Identity Disorder. The book explores the legal, moral, ethical and clinical questions that psychotherapists and other professionals face while working with those suffering from Dissociative Identity Disorder.
