I was in a very abusive relationship with my ex husband for over 12 years. He could do no wrong and found fault in me no matter what I did.... the good thing is now i have found a great man that loves me and treats me right, but there is still a part of me that is still scarred.
This is my delemia, My 2 kids are in residental custody with this man..... Things are getting worse for my son..... I have constantly called child services because not only is he belittling him, robbing him of teenager development, now my son is getting bruises from a belt and I am scared. They were both in the ER on sunday because of my son not getting out of bed.
The police were there and i had another incident 2 weeks ago now, where my ex body slammed my son twice for not getting out of bed to go work with him. I need help here. The county social workers where i live made me sound like i am the bad guy here.

I have contacted my lawyer about a custody hearing, having neighbors and friends and family document everything they see and hear. I also have pictures of bruises on my son's body. Please tell me what else can I do?
