I have finally recognized that I have allowing emotional/verbal abuse in my marriage for the last 20 years. Basically, I have known it, but only now really and truly understand what it means. My husband would disagree with me....but I am so worn out emotional, mentally, and spiritually that I don't know which end is up anymore. Any suggestions on what I should do at this point..I need some direction....
